Keeping track of your shipping costs can usually be a hassle. With the Swiftpost Billing Centre, all of your billing information is stored for easy readability.
To add a New Payment Method:
- While logged into your account, on the left side menu, click on the credit card icon. This is the Billing Centre.
- Written in orange, add a New Payment Method is to the right of the Billing Centre title. Click on those letter to bring up the payment window.
- Enter your credit card information into the payment window. This card will be charged when you Add Funds to your Swiftpost Wallet in order to pay for your shipping labels.
- You can now Add Funds into your Swiftpost Wallet. You must add funds in order to process a shipment. You can perform this step now, or at the end of shipping label creation.
From the Billing Centre, you can add funds to your Swiftpost Wallet, remove or change your payment method information, and view your recent transactions and past invoices. Payment for a shipping label will not be withdrawn from your credit card for each transaction, but rather from the funds you have loaded into your Swiftpost Wallet.
