Whatever the reasons are, sometimes a customer does not want to receive a package they have ordered. In that case, a shipper like yourself, may want this package returned back to the origin destination. It can be very difficult to communicate these integral changes while a package is in transit, and it may not always be successful.
Swiftpost Customer Support will communicate directly with our courier partner's operations to attempt to have your shipment returned to sender.
Before you contact support, please have your name, account email, destination address, and tracking number of the specific package ready for Customer Support. This will enable them to execute your request more efficiently. Even though we can attempt to make the address change, we cannot guarantee it will happen.
