Have you made a typo in the receiver information or need to make a change to the order? It happens to everyone. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to change the information yourself after the label is paid. But Swiftpost Customer Support is here to help!
If you need shipping details changed and the package is still in your possession:
Simply chat into Swiftpost Customer Support and request to cancel a label. Make sure you provide support with your account email and the tracking number for that specific package. Support will then notify you when the label is successfully cancelled. You can now create a new shipping label with the correct information, while the support team processes your refund on the cancelled label. You will see the refund amount from the cancelled label reflected in your Swiftpost Wallet. All that's left to do is for you to place the new shipping label on the package you need to send out.
If you are changing the details on a Multi-Piece Shipment while it is still in your possession:
The process for requesting to cancel your labels is the same as above, however you will need to provide the tracking numbers of all packages in the shipment. All labels of your multi-piece shipment will be cancelled, and you will have to create new labels with the correct information. The credit will be applied in the same process as a non-multi-piece shipment.
If the package is not in your possession and in transit:
You will also need to contact Swiftpost Customer Support in this case. Check out our detailed guide on how to request address corrections. If you need the package returned to sender, check out this article instead.
